A story that follows Nalan Yue, a man with two individualities. He falls for the bold Rong Hua, a youthful demoiselle with a good heart yet their ties are deeper and more complicated due to the generation before them. To support her father Rong Jingfeng in his sweats to help others, Rong Hua travels far and wide in hunt of the missing mending tool known as Chi Hua Zhu. still, the trip is unfaithful. She falls into peril numerous times and gets saved by Nalan Yue. Unknown to them, their families are caught in an intricate web of vengeance and hate. Falling for each other at first sight, they decide to use their sincerity to move the aged generation to let go of the abomination in their hearts but a plan to formerly again hurt the Nalan clan is set in stir.
